My goal is to make a difference in everyone’s life, to add value to everyone I meet, and to make this world a better place. The best way I’ve found to do that is to make a difference to the person in front of me right now.
As a business owner in the roofing industry since 1999, I have learned that the Leader must always be developing himself to stay ahead of his/her team. I must admit I had to learn the hard way and that’s what it took to get my attention to learn how successful companies lead their people.

Meet Coach Henry
Henry once owned a business that had him working all the time and living in a constant state of anxiety and stress. He was struggling to find the time to be with his family, friends, and loved ones.
To help create some balance in his life, Henry sold off the company and spent time attending seminars, reading books, and gaining valuable information on how he could re-engineer his life. With these new learnings, he started a new business that flourished so well that it grew to 3 locations and earned $2.5 million in sales.
He has found time to do what he loves, go on camping trips with family, and spend time with his children as they grow up. Seeing how he could rise from his own circumstances, Henry decided to help others get what they want out of life too.
